CANCELLATION POLICY
Appointment Integrity & Cancellation Policy To maintain a "Safe Salon" environment with zero-exposure privacy, I dedicate my clinical suite exclusively to one guest at a time. To honor this commitment, I require 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Client Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment, or no-shows, will be subject to a 30% service fee. Late Arrivals: To ensure every guest receives meticulous, unhurried care, arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be subject to a 30% late fee or a shortened service. The Divine Goddess Professional Guarantee I value your time as much as my own. In the rare event that I must cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice due to an emergency, I will apply a 30% credit toward your rescheduled service as a thank you for your patience and understanding.
