Cancellation Policy
II. Studio Protocols & Booking Policies
• Appointment-Based Only: We do not accept walk-ins to ensure every client receives our undivided attention.
• Forms & Paperwork: For your safety, all digital intake forms must be completed prior to your appointment time.
• Cancellations & No-Shows: Your time is valuable, as is ours. Cancellations or no-shows within eight (8) hours of your appointment will incur a 30% service fee.
• Grace Period & Late Fees: Arrivals over 15 minutes late will incur a 30% late fee.
• Reliability: Excessive rescheduling or cancellations may result in the forfeiture of future booking privileges.
• Product Removal: Removal of enhancements or product applied by another salon will incur a $20 fee.
• Professional Conduct: Inappropriate behavior will result in the immediate termination of services. In such cases, the full service amount will be charged regardless of completion.
• Our Commitment to You: I value your time as much as my own. In the rare event that I must cancel your appointment with less than eight (8) hours' notice, a 30% credit will be applied to your rescheduled service.
